May 1, 201412 yr Author this thread is gross but its a chance to learn something.... 43 and it still baffles me I think pms is fake, an excuse to treat men bad, not fake - wish it was but yes 3 weeks of annoyances can be stored for hell week lol why are some women mean all the time? how can you tell when they are riding the white pony? some women are just mean nothing to do with hormones, white pony lol - check for steam coming out of ears how come sex doesn't cure pms, makes sense to me to use the parts some, like exercise.... genetics cant get pregnant in hell week brain switches off - cavewoman stuff plus gross and messy what is the true length? why is it 28 days long some months and never comes others variable, getting older the times and cycle will change women don't make sense.... yep we are complicated
May 1, 201412 yr Author Bakon... Be careful my friend.. Women are powerful beings. Can you think of anything else that bleeds for days at a time and still lives? have not bled for 14 years the only plus side to bits removal :)

May 4, 201412 yr Omg I am suffering from perio now. I did go through several months of really bad night sweats and hot flashes. This has stopped for now. I bought a Chillow, black cohosh, melontonin and a table fan for my bedroom. :( i am exploring some hrt so we will see. I read that smoking and quitting can impact one's hormones

May 4, 201412 yr Tracey, Just thinking have you used crystals at all, I used moonstone before removal and I often found it helped ease pains and symptoms in conjunction with usual painkillers. x
