Quit smoking app

It’s called “my last cigarette“. But there are many out there. I like the free ones.

We do normally have a ticker here...the board is under new construction... It's not quite finished yet..

Hopefully they will be back soon...

Good for you O....it all helps...thank you for passing it on ....

This is super awesome, making it feel like a game is really gonna help me stay on it. Thanks Octain!

It doesn't work on my phone :2_grimacing:

I assume it is a free app? What if it said "contains ads" and it ended up being pop-up ads for tobacco?

How hilarious would that be?

When I googled "quit smoking tickers" today, this one showed up in the page that was displayed. It's similar to the info. that used to be displayed in our Quit Train tickers on the old site. Has more info on the app tho.

Good point, Joel.

Because my math sucks so bad I only pay attention to the counter.

There are a few things on that counter that are not accurate for me, so I don’t pay them any attention.

The counter is all I ever paid attention to when I saw them on people's posts on various sites. I was actually quite surprised two years ago when it was pointed out to me that they now included stats on things like expected urges at various points in time. There is just no way to accurately predict this kind of variable for any specific individual who has quit smoking.
