October Hiking trip

Hello,

In case you wondered why I was not on line I was out in the mountains hiking for the Fall. Although due to lack of rain it wasn't quite as vibrant as the normal fall foliage. Did some challenging hikes though and will post some pictures when I catch up at work. All I can say is that when I get to the top of a mountain all the hard work and hours of hiking are worth the view.... and the weather couldn't have been any better. We stayed in Woodstock (lovely lovely little town for any of you in the area) hiked around the Catskills. :-)

Nice scenery and I bet it was fun too! Way more fun now that you can take clean air into your lungs! Good thing you got that done earlier this month too as it has suddenly turned rainy, windy & very cold at least where I am. You got that one in while the weather was still good :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
