Pasta and two glasses of milk for lunch.  This is why I have gained 13.5lbs since I quit.

MMmmmmmmm, I love milk.

And not that watered down version of milk they call skim.

No no...I like full fat milk , it has 3.25% milk fat here. You can also buy 2%, 1% or skim.

Yum.....I drink about 4 glasses a day :)

13.5 lbs is nothing compared to saving your own life :)

You will know when the time is right to worry about what you are eating. For now I would not worry about it AT ALL.

P.s. You look super skinny anyway

Quitting smoking was the best excuse I ever had for putting on a few extra pounds.  :) Your appetite will peak soon. Mine has. I've already dropped 10 pounds in the past 3 or 4 weeks.  :)

And let us not forget that you had been loading pigs!!

Your not gonna like this,,, but I gained 25 lbs after quitting... and for my diet I gave up Potatoes, bread, pasta.

You look in great shape according to your pic, So I bet you will do well when you decide to lose the nonsmoking weight.

My advice to you....  walk every day, maybe ride a bike, or what ever else you like to do that will start burning more calories. If you do something like this you may not even have to diet.

I know I am a little late in the response, but no worries, like everyone has said.  Drink all the milk you want.  My weakness was chocolate (still is) .  It all evens out. You are so much healthier now.  Keep up the great work.
