December 29, 201510 yr Hi guys! I wanted to write an introduction for those of you who don´t know me. My name is Natalie, I´m 28 and I made an attempt to quit before but I fell off the train after a very stressful time in my life. I went back to smoking 50 cigarettes a day or more. It´s disgusting, I know. This time I´m back for good. My sister (who wasn´t such a heavy smoker as me) told me she had quit by reading Allen Carr´s book Easy way to stop smoking. I thought I´d give it a try and here I am. I read the book in two days and couldn´t wait to quit and finally be free. I missed you guys a lot but I was embarassed to come here as a smoker. I´m very glad to be back! -Natalie
December 30, 201510 yr Pleased to see you back on the train natalie. Yesterday is gone but today, we control that.... xx
December 30, 201510 yr Welcome Back, Natalie!!! I had a similar experience when I started my quit journey. Had a few failed attempts then read The Easy Way to Quit Smoking, and it really helped get my head on straight and stay quit. I had a few cravings, and one mental breakdown (crying like a baby), but overall, it was pretty easy. Stay close to the board. A lot of us are not heavily active with the holidays, but most of us check in pretty regularly! We're here if you need us. :) Enjoy your new freedom! :)
