I am so glad that we have helped you!  That's what we are all here for!  This forum has helped so many people quit smoking and stay quit.  I honestly don't think I could have quit without the help of these wonderful people. The beginning of my quit was so difficult for me, but coming on here talking to people, getting advice, staying focused and applying the Golden Rule for quitting which is "Not one puff ever"  Just keep telling yourself that and you will be ok!  The longer you stay quit the easier it becomes.

 

You will succeed @dvs51 and before you know it, you will be on the Lido deck celebrating your one year quit anniversary.  Trust me, the time really does go fast.
