August 22, 201412 yr You are doing fantastic and have the right attitude to succeed. I was just thinking back to when I first quit and I hated getting out of bed first thing in the morning cos I couldn't smoke, I would say what's the point in getting up. Then when I dragged my sorry bum out of bed, I would eat and eat and eat and have to take a shower and clean my teeth to smell nice because I was obssessed with smelling yummy, that kept me quit. After all that it was probably only 8 oclock in the morning and the clock would drag along. Mornings I found the hardest. Basically what I'm getting at is I can't remember the last time I thought like that, I think it started to get soo much easier after 4-6 weeks. Now I love the mornings, can wake up soo much easier and I don't need to eat the whole house anymore, appetite went back to normal pretty quick and the thought of a cig in the morning turns my stomach now. I promise you it is a million times better to be a non smoker, give it a month or so and you will see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow x
