July 12, 20179 yr Smoking was aloud on the wards when I had my babies.. The ash tray was by the bed.....I'm so angry now...my little tiny dots lungs were subject to a ward of smoking mothers.. Huge regret...
July 12, 20179 yr ^^^ We didn't know or understand then. It was just normal day to day life back in those days. I remember smoking in my office in the good old days. What about all the people who didn't smoke but worked near by me and others that smoked? All exposed to my selfish addiction :(
April 25, 20188 yr the weird part though is we thought loading up on extra nicotine would carry us through for longer than normal. All that extra nicotine when we smoke more in advance really doesn't seem to help. Maybe a few extra minutes but we won't notice the difference. Then after two hours of all that "extra" we need another smoke.
May 3, 20188 yr OMG. This hits home. How was I so blind that I was addicted to cigarettes? Because it is legal after all? It controlled me. I am going to print this one out and put it everywhere in case I ever "forget" how much my addiction controlled my life.
