January 11, 20197 yr The first couple days i had a lot of trouble sleeping, but it's been better tha past two days. But i am still having a weird sense that time is off. it doesn't feel like morning, for instance. is this normal for quitting?
January 11, 20197 yr I think it's normal for winter, quitting or not lol. But there is a lot of brain fog in the early weeks of quitting so this could be why you're feeling that way too....
