Well not exactly a secret, but if you type in whispernet on amazon you can filter cheapest audibles first. Audibles are way cheaper if you buy the kindle version first instead of the audible only.

So I scored 2 books today - kindle and audible versions for a total of $2.98.

Nice! Not sure if it will work for us Canadians, but very cool. :)

Ok so just started one, and the narrator from 'Wuthering Heights' is just frigging hilarious. I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. And WH is anything but funny, it's been a long time since I read it, but the term that comes to mind is tragic.

She just does 'haughty indignation' so well! And she makes most conversations happen in indignant tones. It just cracks me right up.

I tried to explain what's so funny to hb, but sadly I really think you have to hear her to understand. (Audible was only .99!)

Ifffff anyone needs cheering up (I know I do), grab this one.
