  4. My brother recently sent me a tin of Dean and Deluca Earl Grey loose tea. It's wonderful.
  5. It's a drag. I took many epsom salt baths and drank this stuff called Calm (powder that you mix with water, basically a magnesium boost). It helped. And rest even though you can't sleep.
