Gday Sorry for the late reply SPG is a favourite of mine as well although it’s more GPS …..that’s low on the salt. mmmm like the idea of the hot water that would make the skins a bit more crispy than just patting them dry. I’ll definitly be giving that a go. i often just toss them in Italian salad dressing before putting them on a rack on the Weber Q to cook. Wing can be a bit greasy so I prick them to let the fat out 1/2 way though the cook.

Yes it’s a stick creature. You don’t see them that often as they live in the tops of the gum tree in the front yard. Even though this is an old pic I was reminded of them because they were in a branch that was brought down in the recient cyclone. Don’t worry I noticed them and placed them back on the trunk

Gday Yes…. I’ve cooked a wing or three. And I’ve my favoured way. But I’m always open to learn new things.They look pretty bloody good. What bbq/ grill. Marina etc etc
