  14. Super hit and humid here with the tropical storms in the afternoon.
  15. Well, I ate a huge amount of sugar free candles in the beginning. Sugar free lemon drops, caramels and others. I replaced my ash tray on the coffee table at home with a big bowl of candy and at work I had everyone addicted. I bought in bulk on Amazon.

  21. The struggle is real. I was surprised that I quit after 30 years of a pack a day because I struggle with compulsive eating and I always give in. What is different about quitting smoking is that it is all or nothing, no more smoking, never take another puff. The choice is so clear. So when I was craving all I had to do was manage not to smoke. And unlike dieting, the pay off was immediate. I could feel my lungs clear; I did not cough at night; my sense of touch come back, and after three weeks I could taste and smell everything.

  24. Way not wait until you feel ready. For some, it is a week, for others months. I did the patches for four months and then stoped. I did the whole step down program. I am not sure if this is the way to go but it was what I did.
