Welcome! To quit smoking is the best decision you will ever make. I also used Chantix and found it very helpful. In those first days i found it helped to stay close to this forum and read everything. The folks here are the greatest. If you need anything just post. It won't be long until you start to notice the healthy benefits of being smoke free. Congratulations on your new smoke-free life! Thanks everyone! One year smoke free? I still have to pinch myself. I have heard this a million times, but honestly I could NOT have quit without the support I received here. You guys are phenomenal! I'm going to celebrate my 1 year by taking off on a leisurely drive to Tennessee to watch our grandson race in motocross. I have been to Tennessee before - but never been there smoke-free :D
