Would you be surprised that the whole staff understands but are sad I'm leaving?

I have a lot of good memories there but I think it's time to go a different direction?

I've been in the business for over 30 years and I'd say that's long enough right?

I probably have about another 8-10 years before I retire so I think this is my best direction for a better work life balance until then right?

It definitely wasn't easy but who says it was supposed to be?

It's just the nature of the business, your busy hours are always the hours that the majority of people are off of work. Tell me that makes things easy as far as work hours go?

Yes , amongst other things because isn't it the little things in life that matter the most?

Do you think that I'm over rationalizing this?

I not really nervous but more excited for less stress?

No, working on site with health protocols in place and distancing?
