Yes, when you think about all the time spend planning your smoking activities, it's truly amazing. What a relief not to have to do that any longer but, it does take time to reprogram yourself and be comfortable in your new lifestyle. All that new spare time :D

Yes it's 100% possible! Even if you don't fully believe it at first!

 

I was what I call a 'proper smoker' - which means I thought I enjoyed smoking/loved it and on nights where I drank alcohol I could smoke at least 20 (thats just at night, I'd probably already had 10-20 during the day too).

 

And now ... here I am nearly 4 years later and I've not taken 1 single puff - whats more, I've not wanted to! I love being a non smoker - being free, having more time on my hands and not being controlled by addiction

Here´s a cliche from deep my heart: if i can do it anyone can.  ;)
