      OK so I'm back from the dentist.... so, I have a new dentist.  And it is a woman.  Please can someone explain to me how it has taken until now for me to have my first female dentist?  All I can say is

      There is no sure way to know what it could be.  A suggestion:  Stay away from the likes of Web MD.  They will diagnose you with everything under the sun.  Healthy thoughts to both you and Julie :)
