Learning to cope / Anyone near the CT area...

Featured Replies

I realize my general malaise/anxiety stems from my lack of practice dealing with everyday stuff as a nonsmoker. Instead of moping around feeling all "I can't even" I'm going to run some 5ks in the Connecticut area. Anyone interested in joining shoot me a message, I don't run but I used to do cardio when I kick boxed so hopefully it'll come back to me, esp since I no longer smoke. Cheers.

A majority of us have taken up running 5k's and just exercise in general as an outlet. Good luck!

I wish I lived near there - I can never find anyone to run 5k's with me. I'm sure if you went online there are tons of groups. I almost always run alone though and it's still really fun.

Putting wings on your heels. As the Brits here say, "Well done, you" ;)

I am sure you will do great a- exercising is so much easier now :-). Hope you find a running pal - unfortunately I think I am a little too far away :-)

I love exercising to my music, not a real person I know  but download all your favourite toooons and listen while you run xx

I walk fast! If I walk 5K would that count? Lol! Sorry Eric. I too live too far away. You go man! If you did cardio you can do this
