... catching all sunlicht I could and didn't think of smoking all afternoon. Got toast, a lobster on the left side

Yesterday I was waiting at the cab, and someone got next to me on and smoked a cigarette; of course the wind blew my way MEN did I ever smell like THAT? Even fresh smoke smelled bad!!! Of course this trigger at home, oh I fancy a smoke, "duh, I just did smoke second hand smoke and I hated it"!!! Weird how the junkie brain works.

But I get more and more days I don't think of smoking at all, or just a thought poping up, and I pop it back LOL

i am so proud of you and happy to read this Evelyn...you totally rock!  You had a shakey time in the beginning...but you kept coming back here....posting...and reading...and just talking. 

 

You are a fine example of one day at a time...and never giving up.
