I'm doing good

Featured Replies

Mt therapist says I work very hard on myself, many in my surroundings mention I do well and yesterday the preacher from my church told me he had noticed that I'm good and that he was proud for me (how do you say that in proper English) nad it's true besides the moodswings I'm stabile, work my ass off in T (therapy) and home to bring in practice what I've learned. I can cope better with stuff. So now I say I'm proud about myself too.
Moodswings I hate but can get worse due my quitting smoking, but then I cry, and walk tall. No crisis anymore.
Hardly any anxiety. Just realised I need to stay close to the QT as I'm getting relaxed  in / about my quit. Need to stay focussed. Latest craving was mentally but very hard to deal with.... also have to prevent me from thinking ow I can deal with the quiting so I can smoke 1.... (getting to relaxed)

Know my weak spots!

Proud OF you - is probably the best way to say it Evelyn.
