I'm trying to write a song here, anyone want to help me finish it?

I am wondering how to get one of those ticker tapes showing how many days how many cigarette not smoked and how much money saved- I tried to do it but I think I am disabled.

Nancy might be able to help she is the ticker queen of these parts otherwise I think Maryland can help also ........PM either one they are awesome at helping people get their tickers going.

 

 

Edit: of course I mean the countdown tickers not peoples hearts (which is what I thought of when I clicked post lol)
