    Yes, please join us!  There is nothing better than celebrating 1 year smoke free!  All my smoking years I thought "I can't do it".  It turned out to be much easier than I thought!

    Let us punch your ticket for the best one way train ride to freedom - being quit has been amazing - you don't realize how easy it can be until you look back at what you accomplished. If it is support you want you will get plenty of it here as well as great advice. So what are you waiting for?
