Monday at 10:52 PM1 day Congrats on 9 months smoke free! You are no longer "attempting" to quit ... you've done it! Now to keep your quit just remember the golden rule .... NOPE ... Not One Puff Ever. You'll then never ever have to redo the first 9 months. Again, congrats & keep it up!
