@DenaliBlues I'm doing okay still struggling but I bought some more gum today and started this morning. Doctor says the "widow maker" artery is 70 % blocked so kinda been sitting on that. I go in in two weeks so they can look at all the test and cts to see what exactly is going on and what my options are. Thank you for checking on me 😊

Well… changes the goal post don’t it.

I’m speaking from personal experience here. I often approached quiting like fasting… I was alright cause I knew I’d get a feed in the end. But not smoking will not kill you and you can starve to death.

So Pneumonia was the start of my quit. The end quit. Months in I’d found I’d invested so much my quit was so precious to me that I’d admitted to NOPE. Not One Puff Ever. I was that addict and I not only couldn’t take one more puff I didn’t.

I’ve had some illness over the 10 plus years now and I recon that not smoking saved my life.
