1 i did not get engaged, we didnt even get engaged we jus decided to get married. Never been to paris.

2 did get married south of france thats where my parents live.

3 did marry my first love

You are good at this game! Does hubby knows you are this good?

So does this mean you get regular cheap hols to the South of France?

And just a tip, the fact that your parents live in the South of France is something you may want to keep to yourself. It's a truth that can be used in another round :8_laughing:

Here goes

1 ive never lived outside glasgow

2 i played basketball for glasgow in my teens

3 im 6ft tall

oh this is tough.

So 1 and 2 seem nicely related as do 2 and 3. So I reckon 2 is true.

So on to which one is the lie.

Going to say 3 because, you're a proud Glaswegian until the day you die.

Shit i shouldnt have disclosed that about netball eh.

1 im a rower

2 im a gardener

3 i do jigsaws

Okay, so we obviously have a master of deception on our hands. Have you ever thought about turning your hand to criminal activities?

Let's try working this one out.

1. 6ft tall and hitting the gym, I reckon rowing should be right up your street.

2. Physical again, but with the height, do you really enjoy gardening?

3. Jigsaws. Hmm nothing had indicated you're into jigsaw puzzles.

I reckon 2 is the lie and the jigsaw thing is in there to throw us off the scent.

Well why don't you just jump right  in there first with an answer slippy..

Such an eager beaver...

1..Sure you have mentioned rowing somewhere or some sort of floaty device

2..Ok.. no gardening in this weather..

3..  jigsaws to relax.. I can see that but I'll say no it's a lie..

Well we have a winner, over to you slippy

I do row and do jigsaws. But dont do gardening my garden is a riot

I thought I remembered you saying that before and I was where the heck can you row in Glasgow cos huggy loch ain't big enough haha then remembered Strathclyde park.. see peep out there in all weather's..  Do u use there too??

1. As a young lad we had a budgie named Fred (talk about recycling names)

2. When we were young we had a cat named whisky

3. When we were young we had a mongrel named Shandy

Hmmmm..

Budge named fred.. beats billy or Joey

Cat named whisky.. is that where whiskers came from..

I've heard of Brandy but never shandy..

Oh for clarification was that mongrel a dog..??

If So I'll go 3 is a lie...

Edited by Wee fluffy me

We row on the clyde fluffy its wicked. But i get all over scotland rowing, rowed round millport last year ha!

I think fred is the lie as i think it would be freddy not just fred

And our winner is fluffy.

1 is true. Don't look at me I didn't name it.

2. Is true.

3. Is a lie. We had a cat named Shandy, not a dog.

The clyde.. you crazy, brave wuman you:15_yum:

Whoop whoop lap of honour  time whilst I think up Q's and do stew...;)

Go me multitasking :3_grin:

Can  I have a bit of your nice warming stew?

Yep you're all welcome to pop in for some as it's much needed on a freezin day like today.. should be ready in a couple of hrs...

In the meantime..

1.. I make my own wine..

2.. I make my own beer..

3.. I make my own rolls..

The fact that you do make 2 out of 3 of these I'm impressed.

Okay then

I reckon 1 is true, bet you grow your own fruit for it as well

I'm going for 3 as true as well

So lie sandwich. 2 is the porky.

(By the way, any dumplings in the stew?)

Haha

Yep dumplings are compulsory with stew and puff too.. gotta have a bit of both:1_grinning:

Ok so back to business..

1.. True... nothing better than home made wine..

2.. Lie.. to much faffin about for beer and I don't drink it anyhow..

3.. True.. I make bread too but rolls are always the wee stars of the show..

Over to you Old English

While I'm thinking what's this puff you talk about in stew?
