October 19, 2025Oct 19 On the fifth day of my journey to break free from smoking, I stumbled, and a quiet sadness lingers in my heart. Yet, I hold my head high, for these five days mark my longest triumph in a year—a small but radiant victory. With unwavering resolve, I vow to rise again, stronger and more determined, ready to weave a new chapter in my story of freedom.

You will tire of that. It’s a journey…. Not a battle. Take one step. A withdrawal hits you. You wait . Your still here… it’s gone. when you were fighting every one it was tough But now you just wait…,, and they go away. Not forever but when they return…. But not as strong…. Cause you’ve taken thier power way.
October 19, 2025Oct 19 Thanks for the update, @Bijay Pudasaini. I’m glad to hear that you still are committed to quitting! Don’t dwell on the disappointment, just resume your quit asap. Because the longer you wait, the harder it will be. What can you learn from this stumble that can help you protect your precious quit the next time? Shake it off and keep going! October 19, 2025Oct 19 You can definitely do this @Bijay Pudasaini Take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, if you have to, but you can do it!!! What helped me in the very beginning of my quit was using cinnamon sticks. I pretended that they were cigarettes and would suck the air in and pretend I was blowing it out like a cigarette. It tasted so much better than cigarettes and it really helped me. If you don't like cinnamon, you can use cut up straws. Another tip is to come on this site every day, if you can, and do the daily NOPE pledge. Stay close to this board as that is what really helped me through it. Quitting is not easy as we all know, but it's definitely doable as you can see. YOU CAN DO THIS!!💪 We are here to support you, every step of the way!! 😃👍
October 23, 2025Oct 23 @Bijay Pudasaini You can do it! You did five days and that is AWESOME. I'm not far into my journey but it's already gotten so much better than it was just a few weeks ago. Keep at it.
