August 13, 20215 yr How are you guys doing? Hopefully by now you've started seeing real benefits like improved circulation and your taste and smell have returned. Maybe you've noticed more energy or how nice you smell. And lets not forget all the money you've saved! Time to start thinking of something really cool to do with some of that cash to reward yourself for quitting😊 Quitting isn't always easy but it is ALWAYS doable. Trust in yourself, there will never be any greater act of self discipline as there is when quitting. SELF DISCIPLINE: the ability to control one's feelings and overcome one's weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it. August 13, 20215 yr I must say I always had cold feet, now I have warm feet. Have to have them out of the covers now to sleep. At first I thought I was running a fever but them it dawned on me that my circulation was better. I am thrilled, I had to have hip replacement a few months ago because blood flow stopped to hip and the top of my femur bone died. Trust me you do not want that!! I did not know our circulation could affect your bones but it does. It is called avascular necrosis and is very painful, keep this in mind it will help you stay on your quit. Hip replacement was a vacation in the tropics compared to the pain you will feel from this. K
