Oh pfffft!

Ok for those of us that are having difficulty at long distance running. How do you stay motivated so long of a stretch? I have to listen to really loud music in order to run, but I get bored pretty quickly.

I think I have add because my attention span is minimal I am very easily distracted (ooh a rabbit) no seriously that is why I like running outside because of the changing scenery and the longest I have run is 7 miles(only outside) so far I cannot run more than 4 miles on the treadmill (Boredom) before wanting to poke my eyes out with a fork I listen to my music which tends to lean toward harder rock or alternative
