Where can you find that ticker that says quit... so many not smoked etc. so many on the forums have 'em!

Where you see one that you like - double click on it...this will take you to the site it came from.

Nancy is an expert at helping people with tickers. Unfortunately it took me ages to do these ones, I think I would be more hinderance than help... I followed some of colleens advice as well.
