Oh wow, thats WAY dirtier than I was thinking, lol.

Agreed on the pretty face, of course :)

Oh god... I can't believe I was sporting a vag/butt-looking avi for a while.

Thanks Action!

My pleasure ;)

LOL, I'm sorry I didn't say something sooner!

No worries, lol.

I'm actually cracking up over here.

Mind you, I haven't had a lot of sleep and I'm trying to make it through my Labour Economics homework, so I'm a little crazy at the moment.

I know - when I saw you logged on here this morning, I couldn't believe it!  I thought you would have a marathon sleep after not sleeping the night before!

I wish.

I woke up with Steve this morning after maybe 5 hours of sleep. Made us BLTs and have been drinking coffee. I'm on my third cup and I don't even drink coffee much. It gives me really bad heartburn, so I usually stick to tea and water.

I'm stressed out because I have two big assignments due and four exams coming up. I have an exam on Sunday... like WTF? That's probably why I haven't been sleeping much.

Awww, sorry to hear this ((((Leanna))))

I hope you are able to get some rest before Sunday, and that you exam goes well (I am sure that it will) - but I agree, exam's on Sunday?!  WTF?!

Thanks (((((((((Ross)))))))))

At least it's at 1:30 and not some atrocious time. Still, Sundays are for days of rest, lol. That's the day I really sleep in. I think that's mostly because Steve's home and he has a death grip on me until about noon, so I couldn't move or get up even if I wanted to!

Thanks (((((((((Ross)))))))))

LOL @ death grip ;)

LOL @ death grip ;)

For a skinny man, it's quite a grip, lol.

I'm contemplating taking a nap around 1 or 2 p.m. today (in a few hours). All-nighters burn me out now that I'm getting older. In my early 20s, I stayed up for 24 hours no problem. Now if I stay up more than 16 hours, I'm a zombie, lol.

Yes, I am skinny, and my death grip isn't bad either, I just never knew it was called a 'death grip', lol

Strange, I thought you were in your early 20's?

I call it a death grip because sometimes, it feels like he's trying to squeeze me and it hurts.

I'm 27. I didn't get ID'ed when I bought booze the other day. How upsetting. :(

Too late to notice the vag/butt option but omg, cracked up!

you are still in your 20's - thats pretty good ;)

Part of me is looking forward to my 30s. I hear your 30s are better than when you're in your twenties because you are more established. Not sure how true this is, but it's a positive way to look at getting older, lol.

I would say it's true, but I am 32, after all. :p

Haha, so you'd say 32 has been treating you well?

I am hoping we'll be buying a house before I reach 30. I'm a little envious of your house, hehe.

I've only been 32 for about 6 weeks but, so far, it's treated me well :p

You have a busy few years coming up - getting married, and buying a house - you will love it :)

Yeah, it's exciting. :) I spent my early twenties (for about 3 years) in a really bad relationship, so I'm glad I moved and decided to start fresh three years ago. I am really looking forward to having a house and our own space. We have to share laundry with all our neighbours and they are hogs.

I'm hoping my schooling will get me a job that's not in a call centre, lol.

I'm trying to make changes that will make me a happier person overall.

I'm sorry to hear that you had it rough, but glad you had the strength to move on - that can be hard!

Now you have Steve, and your little kitty.  Then you have your exams, marriage, new home, how exciting - you are certainly reinventing yourself, and you always appear to be a happy person to me!

(((hugs)))

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger and all that good stuff, right?

I have been through some rough patches and have been very down at times. Last year was terrible and I'm just starting to pick up the pieces. I am always smiling though, so it's very hard for people to tell when I'm upset. I hide it by trying to joke around and make light of every situation.

But I'm happy with my little family, with my decision to go back to school, the wedding, looking at houses... these are all steps in the right direction, I think.

I need to stop eating powdered donuts though, lol.

Thanks! ((((((hugs)))))

Yep, agreed that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

Keep smiling, fake it 'til you make it :D

lol, we all need to cut down on donut consumption, powdered or otherwise :p

I have to go, as work is finishing (yay!)...

Speak to you later :)

30's are fab.  Although actually 27 was my favourite year :)  Now I think each year that passes I feel better and better and strangely I've had this convo here today elsewhere :)  Defo more confidence and self assured.  xx
