  4. I binged watched Joel Spitzer when I first quit. He talks a lot of sense. Another good read is Allen Carr, The Easy Way.
  5. GROSS!!!!! thats a lot of butt!
  6. I like the drumstick and breast best. I have seen the wings for sale, but never been tempted to try them out. I guess you would need a fair few to be satisfied lol.
  7. As Johnny says, no matter where you smoke, you will bring it back and continue when you get home. I think you know that anyway. Definately junkie thinking and romancing the times, you did it before and enjoyed it. Its just nostalgia! Leave it there in the past, and stay smoke free. It will get easier in time, and you will learn to love your new smoke free life, and feel comfortable that you dont want or need that anymore. Stay positive.

  15. I slept more during my early quit. I was extra tired anyway, at times it was hard to keep awake, so glad to get into bed, much better than being awake and craving all the time. Do whatever your body tells you, just go with the flow. Enjoy the extra rest, and or time relaxing watching a film, or listening to relaxing music. I also liked listening to hypnotherapy on youtube, their soothing voices would send me to sleep.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
