Sooooooo... it has been alittle over 2 years since I quit and the benefits continue to filter in. Knock on wood first before I say this.... I did not get sick once this year.... NOT ONCE!!! Not a cold ...not a flu... not nothing (double negatives rock). NO COUGHING NO SNEEZING NO STUFFY NOSE NO WATERY EYES NO BRONCHITIS (Ain't nobody got time for that) NO FEVER NO PUKING NO ACHES AND PAINS (From being sick) NOTHING I did have some sinus issues....but that only has to do with temp changes and such. I used to always get sick.... cold and fluey all winter long I LOVE not smoking!!! Just keepin' it real Keep on keepin on.

Sounds awesome. Babs had a post not too long about spring triggers.... check it out. It happens because most of us used to smoke outside. Sounds like you nailed it .... Like a boss Keep on keepin on.
