April 24, 201412 yr I feel similar. To quit you simply don't smoke! And yes, maybe it is a stubborn thing my head is crying out for nicotine but you just have to say no and find something else to do until your head shuts up again. The process is not comfortable, but I reckon its worth it. I know I'm new here and don't know anything but I'm not prepared to fail. I am prepared to buy shoes and underwear with the cash savings though! Why am I waking up so early and talking!? Im surevthis is a bad idea! This is going to be like one of those text messages you send when you're drunk isn't it!?
