Interesting,..but I'm not sure what it will accomplish ..

 

there are "dry" counties where you can't  buy or sell alcohol - that doesn't stop people from crossing to the next county over to buy it...

I suppose it's more of a statement/position than anything at this point...

 

Even if it does happen there, I really don't see (unfortunately) a country wide ban on sales of nicotine products any time soon... theres just too much money from big tobacco flowing into Washington.... 

     

Nanny State at its finest.
