After 35 years of smoking and numerous attempts at quitting, I am proof positive that this place works. :)

This is so true.....I am proof this wonderful place works.....

I smoked for 52 years.....

It's never too late.....my only reget is not quitting so much earlier.....

It is doable....and can be fun and exciting.....

For years I thought about quitting but the addiction had such a hold on me that I couldn't let go.  This place helped me see that I was stronger than the addiction!  I suggest reading, reading and reading some more.  Then join our group and let us help you put the addition to sleep!

I totally agree here. I thought I couldn't quit for a day. This forum makes all the difference. It is easier than you have been led to believe. You will be amazed at how easy it can be :)
