  17. One day at a time.. Your doing great Berni.... ;) You will go through a bunch of changes, but each one is for the better...there are no bad effects from quitting smoking...only good! I too cut down on coffee... I used to drink 3 or 4 POTS,...yes I said pots, a day. (12 cups per pot) once I quit smoking, I found that the coffee had a WAY to much of an effect on me... I seriously now drink MAYBE 4 CUPS a day.. (sometimes as few as 2).. Maybe I should include that cost in my savings from quitting nicotine...lol Your doing great, just stay focused!
  18. Congrats! 2 weeks of hard work is something to be proud of! Reward yourself, and keep moving forward! Keep your eye on the prize! Your doing great!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
