  7. Thank you all for your encouragement I have not picked up a cigarette and lit it. I keep telling myself I will have to start all over again my body will have to start detoxing all over again. I am already two days in and my body has already started detoxing. This is one of the biggest urges I have had this one is trying to stay around a little longer.
  8. Yea but I feel like I can concur it on my own a lot of people said it does not help with anxiety that it makes you more anxious. I dont know much about welbutrin and how it works. I know that with the suboxone that i am on it lowers the seizure threshold. Another reason why I am scared to take it. One lady said she took her first pill and wanted to go straight to the er and have it flushed out. Scary lol @Nancy I have not lit it still hanging strong thank you for your encouragement.
  9. @jillar this is so true my urge is starting to come back. I have welbutrin that my dr gave me but I am afraid of the side effects.

  13. My husband went out to chill with his homeboys knowing we are not supposed to leave the house. There is a lot of people over there and my anxiety is out of control and I want to have a cigarette so bad.
  14. @Doreensfree yea I did not know quitting smoking had so many side effects. I am going to try to take me a nap. But google did say it is one of the side effects and should improve in about 2 weeks or so.
  15. @Doreensfree thank you since I quit smoking I have been so tired. I got kinda freaked out like am I supposed to be feeling like this like what's going on lol. Like I can hardly keep my head up.
  16. Thank you jillar I am so sorry for all the questions I tend to freak out easy now these days. As for a nap probably will not happen. My husband is not only a smoker but a alchohol. So I constantly have to watch him and make she he is not trying to leave the house. An if he does I have to be alert so I can disinfect behind him. I cook and clean till the house is spotless an if I try to rest he will find something for me to do. So when he passes out drunk that's when I can rest.
  17. I am just so tired when I sit to type on my phone I am Nodding off. Like I am really tired is this normal am I the only one who experiences this. It's kinda freaking me out

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
