  22. Just like any other part of your quit. The decisions you make no matter what type of situation you find yourself in still comes down to what is best for you. These are some of the many tough choices you are going to have to make in life. You must choose the right path to walk down when it comes to addiction. Trust me when I say this, that your friends who still smoke are probably envious of your quit. They are also probably happy for you because you chose to quit smoking and have the courage and strength to follow through. If they can't see this as a positive direction for your health that maybe that aren't your friends after all. What this all boils down to is you have to be true to who you are and who you want to be in the future. So, have fun, stay safe and make smart choices.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
