  1. Feeling pretty good got my Atarax script filled at least I can sleep no longer a jittery zombie. I don't think about cigarettes I just can't believe I started again my tinnitus is gone starting to feel good how are you doing? by the way thanks for asking

  4. this is my 12th day of not smoking went to a bar 50 people smoking had a few drinks and I went home this is also about self control of course I'm addicted but I don't have to give into it today

I went to MIT I'm not a stupid person just addicted and you can overcome that right now I just got the headaches and feeling jittery my doctor gave me Atarax Hydrochlorothiazide hydrochloride 25 mg it's an antihistamine that works like Valium totally harmless stuff look it up you need to sleep the perfect drug for this sleeping 2 to 3 hours a day is not sufficient with the Atarax I sleep 8 hours a day starting to feel normal again drink lots of water cranberry juice all kinds of vitamins can you start feeling great
  6. this is simple addiction I'm not a weak person I know when the few weeks it'll be over psychologically not my problem it's physically my doctor said I'm basically the beginning of nicotine poison another 2 weeks I'll be back to normal and smoke free hopefully I won't do this again
  7. I just went to a bar 50 people smoking outside I don't care they have great food I had a few drinks Belgian beer 8% decided it was time to leave actually got a buzz from the second hand stroke everybody is not the same

I'm up to 9 days cold turkey no vaping no gum no patches I've done this before I know it's the only way to go and in 2 or 3 weeks out feel good again but last night the dreams about smoking started Vivid with color sound even feel the smoke and smell it aren't cigarettes wonderful you wake up sweating your eyes burning and tearing and we can't forget the tinnitus what a great way to wake up
  9. I have stopped and started many times but I've never gotten where you were I never went out for a pack of cigarettes when I ran out if I was watching a movie I never got up to have a cigarette. Never stayed to a family dinner without a cigarette holy shit I feel bad for you I stop and start randomly 6 months 2 years random stopping and starting but it doesn't control my life I know I'm an addicted I just work around it. The things people told me on this site I'm Amazed by I never was that addicted I just hate the whole ball of Wax headaches eye vision bleeding gums tinnitus the whole thing when I stop. I wish you the best that's why I call it the roller coaster

  11. That's the big problem going out in public with people smoking in bars wherever addiction is physical but it's also psychological I'll take a peek at what you were talking about

  18. we are definitely addicts cigarettes are more addictive then morphine Demerol and Valium combined I know that first- hand a buddy of mine is a chemist he was explaining to me how they use ammonia to freebase tobacco when they say 10 mg it could be actually 42 mg using a gashematocrit. God bless the tobacco industry working hard to to build loyal consumer's
  19. I learned I cannot hang around smokers or go to places where they are smoking that includes bars the big trigger I stop smoking many times I didn't realize I'm stupid. I hope you don't repeat my mistakes

I was a volunteer EMT for 7-8 years I can get myself in an MRI fairly easy blood work a few x-rays I don't like what I see people that smoke two years seem to never really heal properly as for myself I might as well feel good I don't think organ failure is much fun but you pay for your mistakes I don't believe in giving up
  22. I feel like a zombie that's nervous actually I'm lucky according to the doctors I won't get cancer I'll get nicotine poisoning with organ failure doesn't that sound good too nothing like your organs shutting down one by one Nothing like good motivation
