  4. Hi today I am joining gym as a preventive measure against quitting smoking.... I am also going for juice and stopping chocolate, tea, coffee and other sources for caffeine...

  7. Yeah... I will never take another puff and will have rewards for myself.... any idea for rewards? I am thinking of a jar and everyday i will deposit the money I spend daily for cigarette and 50% of it as a incentive so that I can spend it the way I want. :)
  8. Hi this is Sinha, I am around 30 and smoking for around 16 years now. I smoke 20 cigarettes per day. Like many of you I tried and failed several times. But this time I am gonna QUIT it forever. This time I am bagging the positive feelings for fighting the urges and the Hell Weeks. Please stay beside me and give me the tips that worked for you, encourage me and get encouraged with me.
