June 8, 201610 yr Had a date with the missus, first since we decided to separate for a while. It was a good time time Tokyo and a good show. First time I've have ever been to a live concert in my life. June 21, 201610 yr Author You don't smoke, skillful one. That's That. I am So glad . Thank you... I'm at the point where I do not think about it anymore.... It's a dangerous time, I've gotten comfortable in a quit and ended up relapsing... going to stay vigilant this time 'round.
June 21, 201610 yr Vigilance is essential. I feel that very strongly. We are always a puff away from the snare of addiction. You did really well with so many buttons being pushed at the concert. What year is your quit date ?
June 21, 201610 yr Author What year is your quit date ? This year! Actually, I relapsed many times. So many times that I've totally lost support of the physical people around me... It's a joke for them now... they like to tease that I'll be back.... others ask me, "how long you gonna quit for this time?" It was disheartening at first. But I'm not quitting for them. But for myself and my health. And this is it....
