Got bloodwork done: surprise!

Featured Replies

In September I had a too low vitamin D in my blood; I got something to get it up... and my tiredness slowly faded:
Last view weeks I'm tired easily even with a powernap in between. Let bloodwork done (after the doc I had to) and &*% my vitamin D is even lower then in September.

So got the same meds but he's scared I might not addapt the stuff in my bowel; I only have 1 mtr large intestine left (rest was removed at age 16) so I'm lucky I'm not hooked at tubes :D still have troubles absorbing some foods and stuff.

BUT now I know it was not between my ears; the low energy!

He strictly ordered I have to keep using this d3 meds. 'Well yes sir!'

And got to check the D in 2 1/2 months again... to see how much is absorbed.

But hey I don't smoke  ;)

When I had a physical a few months ago they said I was low in Vit D too!

Just keep on doing the good stuff and hopefully it will pay off shortly.
