Does this site connect with facebook. :-)

No probs, they post some interesting stuff up actually but it doesn't always come through on my newsfeed.

How's it going now Laura? You gonna amend your quit date, did you quit already or work in progress? I had wondered how you were when you went offline.

Hiya Hun - I will amend when I work out how to use this site I can't put a pic up either it say to large how frustrating for people to talk to me and not know what I look like lol. I quit on Monday I just found it so hard at the time and once I had it in my head I couldn't get it out but I will learn by my mistakes, I hate smoking but was so hard to change my routine. I'm still nervous and think about smoking but I have to be strong. I'm reading a lot from why quit. Com which is helping me focus so all good x

I will find the thread on how to resize your photo for your avatar and paste it here. :D

Hey Laura, I bet you are still thinking. Early days although brilliant work that's a 5 day quit you're rocking there :)  Have you considered starting a blog or a post on the main page, these guys would defo love to support you properly.  Whyquit is a powerful tool, I cried rivers reading those stories!  I think we learn from a relapse, we learn we don't want to be smokers and we keep coming back to that. The thoughts are just thoughts, they can't do anything to us, we can absolutely control them - we only have to face forward and go "no more" Nope.

Hopefully doll can help with the photo's, someone had to hunt me down on facebook and do mine for me as I was a technophobe lol. xx

This is a great site to resize your photo.  When you are done with the resize just save it with a different file name and you should be able to upload it :D
