I really think it’s a mindset. It was for me, anyway.  Everybody is different. Are you ready?  Did you just jump in or did you do lots of reading first?  For me, it took getting into the right mindset.


My mindset changed when I was diagnosed with lung cancer and lost half a lung through surgery.  I would not suggest doing it that way.  Read read read read and stay on this board.  Good luck to you and never stop trying.
