Dussehra .... a good time to quit.

Oh lovely @Tammy wished all in CoS a Happy Dussehra.

Hindus celebrate Dussehra to symbolize the victory of good over evil and light over darkness.

As Tammy said "We've all fought our inner demons and won. So here's wishing more love and light  to all of you."

So while the Hindus celebrate the victory of good over evil when Lord Ram defeated the many headed demon Ravana in battle.... we should be celebrating our own victory over that demon nicotine...weather we have fought the battle of a single crave or a million we have all been victorious in our battles.

And for those who are lurking and thinking it might be time to quit what a good omen it would be to quit on a day when millions of people are celebrating the victory of good over evil and light over darkness.... why not make today the day you step into the light.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
