I smoked.
day seven: going back and forth. I want to smoke a cigarette, no I dont, yes I do, no I dont. the real ness is I do but I dont want the 500 behind that one. and I know if I smoke that one I will smoke its brother, sister, mother and all its nieces and nephews before I go to bed tonight. so here I am again making a commitment again to not take one puff today.

if you keep trying to fight the crave then your only telling yourself that your a smoker that can't smoke. accept it and move on.

marching on to day 6. I am sure glad I never have to do day 5 again. I musta thought screw this, i dont want to be a non smoker 10 times today. but then I would think that's a lie. I want to be a non smoker more than anything else. and I thought that 11 times. still craving but not trying to focus on it to much. I know i can still do this

week one
Day 5: today is not going to well. the thought to smoke for today to help ease with the tension and I can quit again tomorrow or maybe later when it will be a little easier is being very persuasive. my commitment is wavering, once again.

week one
remember this day. this is the first day of the rest of your life with no nicotine in your body and you never have to subject yourself to that kind of poison again. the choice is yours. celebrate the freedom and suck in the fresh clean air. your body has waited a long time for this day. you are rocking this quit. :)
