  1. Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking. Take it one day at a time and before you know it you will have some serious time under your belt.
  2. I also developed a cough about a month into my quit, I never had a cough while I was smoking. It lasted about a month.

  4. I went a whole day last week without thinking about smoking, you're right that was a great feeling. It is getting easier and easier to push smoking out of my mind.
