I been trying to get this thing going, watching videos and saying the nope thread, but so far it hans't stuck for more than a few days. Im' going to keep trying at it and hope somthing sticks. just dont' smoke sounds easy... I did not know that not doing something would be this hard

hello boo. thanks for your note and advise, and for the welcome to me. my cigarettes are my companon on long times alone, i'm not sure how to deal with that when I travel. its' bad when at home my heart starts to pound but with the gf I know I can't get away with it without aruging. I am going to have to work on doing it for myself... i really enjoy my smokes when i'm along. I been doing the n.o.p.e. on and offf, but some days it jus t won't stick or stop me from grabbing a smoke. So far 3 days is my tops. I wonder if gums or something would work?

Hi I'm ISH. those are my initials and what I go by mostly. i'm trying to get a handle on this quit smoking thing. I' smoked all my life but my newest lady dosen't like it and i thought I could stop easy for her. not so easy. i'm on the road a lot and thats when i miss it. home with her isnt' so bad since she makes me go out to smoke and gives me grief about smlling. but when i'm driving thats my copanion and i don't have to worry about making her mad. so now i've been three days without... when will i not want to smoke anymore? I been watching the videos over and over and hope they sink in one of these days.
