Quit Meter Test

Recommended Posts

I quit smoking 11 years ago. There weren't many options to keep track of my quit statistics at the time, so I created this: http://www.yourquit.com

I spent a week updating the meter so that it looks and works better on all computers, including phones. Please try it out and let me know what you think! I get no money from this site. It's just something I created to "pay it forward". I received a lot of support when I quit from forums just like this.

Hi Tracey,

Thank you! Absolutely, I am compiling a list of all of the active quit smoking forums I can find. I'm going to add them to the list of resources. When I quit I used a Usenet newsgroup to get support. Of course, nobody even knows what that is anymore. :) So I'm searching around the web now for support groups.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
