I feel like I never smoked

Featured Replies

Seriously, it seems so strange to think that I used to smoke. I used to feel like smoking was part of my identity, a part of me and now I seriously can not even imagine that being a part of me ever again. :)

I know what you mean, Gem....I feel exactly the same way. It's great, isn't it?

Yep, it's bloody fantastic!! :lol:

I am so glad that you are doing so well in your quit.  This post is great for newbies to see that it actually happens.  Have a safe vacation.

* your avatar looks great!

Unfortunately I get reminded of my smoking when I'm cycling and giving it extra beans and notice I still have a wheeze. I know I shouldn't be wheezing. It annoys me, but equally it's a reminder of why stopping was a good idea. And I know my wheeze only occurs when I'm really exercising hard and not when I'm picking up a toothbrush or similar.
